Oasthouse Ventures is on a mission to grow the highest quality, best tasting fresh produce available. Our latest venture is a 65-acre sustainable greenhouse in Carroll County, Virginia. To accomplish our mission, we’ll need 250+ produce-loving people at all levels of our organization to help us plant, nurture, and package our delicious fresh produce.

ROOTS THAT RUN DEEP

Having built multiple greenhouses in the United Kingdom that set new sustainability benchmarks, our experience runs deep. To meet the growing demand for healthy produce, we’ve decided that there would be no better place to build our first Grown-in-the-USA greenhouse than in Carroll County. We are excited about the opportunity to become part of this charming community!
